The positioning accuracy of truss manipulators As truss manipulators are high-precision equipment, we need to carry out precision calculation and checking calculation for truss manipulators during design. Therefore, the robots produced in the early stage have high requirements for processing accuracy, so the positioning accuracy error of the manipulator is relatively small during operation. At present, the positioning accuracy of the truss manipulator can reach 0.02mm, and the repeated positioning precision cap can reach 0.01mm. Therefore, the accuracy and stability of the truss manipulator are also very high, which can meet the requirements of the current truss manipulator for loading and unloading. There is no need to worry about this. What factors will affect the truss machinery and accuracy? Let's take a look at the following tape weaving:
a. Rigidity of truss manipulator structure: low structural strength and rigidity ratio in the design of truss manipulator will cause vibration, resulting in low positioning accuracy;
b. Moving weight: including the weight of the manipulator itself and the workpiece grasped. In the design of a truss manipulator, the rigidity of the manipulator is generally determined according to the weight of the workpiece. The heavier the workpiece I pull, the greater the inertia will be. Therefore, when the weight of the moving part increases, the positioning accuracy will decrease;
C. The influence of control and positioning mode on accuracy: when the positioning mode is block positioning, the positioning accuracy will be related to the strength of the block and the running speed of the truss manipulator, and the servo motor positioning is greater than the block positioning; When hydraulic and pneumatic control is adopted, pneumatic and hydraulic pressure will fluctuate due to the influence of air temperature, so the stability of servo control is greater than that of pneumatic and hydraulic control;
Generally speaking, the positioning accuracy of truss manipulators is theoretical accuracy, and the actual application accuracy is determined by the weight of the workpiece. Because different product weights and different positioning and driving methods will affect the operating accuracy of truss manipulators, so when selecting truss manipulators, it is necessary to select manufacturers with mature experience, so that the rigidity of the designed manipulator can be guaranteed, So as to ensure the positioning accuracy of the truss manipulator.
